Corrections policy

Errors should be easy to report and properly reviewed.

We welcome specific, evidence-based corrections. Our aim is to fix meaningful errors promptly and explain material changes where readers could otherwise be misled.

How to report a possible error

Email reach@attachplanet.com or use our contact page. Please include:

  • the address of the page;
  • the exact statement, figure, link or calculation you believe is wrong;
  • why you believe it is incorrect or incomplete; and
  • a reliable supporting source, where available.

1. Triage

We assess whether the issue concerns a factual error, outdated information, unclear wording, a broken link, an opinion disagreement or a request outside the scope of the policy.

2. Verification

We review the original source material, check current authoritative information and consider whether the disputed point changes the practical answer.

3. Correction

Confirmed errors are corrected. Small spelling, formatting or link fixes may be made without a formal note when they do not change the meaning.

4. Disclosure

When a correction materially changes a conclusion, key figure, safety point or reader action, we aim to add a clear note explaining what changed.

What this policy covers

  • Incorrect facts, figures, dates, definitions or attributions.
  • Materially outdated information presented as current.
  • Broken or misleading calculations and inconsistent assumptions.
  • Important omissions that make an otherwise accurate statement misleading.
  • Links or citations that do not support the associated claim.

What it does not guarantee

Not every disagreement is an error. Reasonable interpretations, editorial judgements and opinions may differ. We may decline requests that are abusive, promotional, unsupported or designed to suppress accurate information.

We cannot promise an individual response or a fixed review time, but credible issues with a potential impact on readers will be prioritised.
