How to raise a concern about Attach Planet.
You can complain about inaccurate or unfair content, an unclear commercial relationship, privacy handling, accessibility or the way we have responded to an earlier concern.
What to include
- Your name and a reliable way to contact you.
- The page address, tool, message or activity the complaint concerns.
- A clear description of what happened and why you believe it is wrong, unfair or harmful.
- Any relevant dates, screenshots, source links or documents that help us assess the issue.
- The outcome you are seeking, such as a correction, explanation, accessibility adjustment or privacy response.

How we handle a complaint
Record and assess
We identify the page, policy or process involved and whether the concern requires urgent action, further evidence or specialist input.
Check the relevant material
We review the published wording, available records and reliable sources. We may ask for clarification if the issue cannot be understood from the information provided.
Act proportionately
Possible outcomes include a correction, added disclosure, updated policy, accessibility change, explanation or a decision that no change is justified.
Explain material outcomes
Where practical, we tell the complainant what was decided and why. Complex or third-party matters may take longer to investigate.
Related routes
Use the corrections policy for a specific factual error, the privacy policy for data-protection rights, and the accessibility statement to report a barrier. These routes do not remove any rights you may have to approach an appropriate regulator, ombudsman, court or other independent body.
We may restrict abusive, threatening, discriminatory or persistently repetitive contact that does not provide new relevant information, while preserving legitimate complaints and legal rights.
